Social Media and Production Associate/s
Responsibilities:

Work with the Marketing and Communication Team to create and implement social media marketing plan that will reach Target Audience and increase engagement

Create a weekly or monthly social media content calendar to match programs/events
-
Oversee the website and all social media accounts–Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, blog, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc–as well as publishing dashboards
-
Post according to approved calendar of events/promotions

Develop content including all texts/graphics/videos/photos
-
Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner (and coordinate with management for proper response when necessary)

Collaborate and cross-promote events hosted by partner companies (delivery apps/supermarkets/etc.)

Review analytics to assess success and recommend improvements

Manage photo albums, brand identity, and other marcomm files on drives//cloud
Qualifications:
-
Practical experience with apps and social media including Google suite of apps, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Skills: Photography (using Phone camera is fine), basic graphic design skills and familiarity with using Canva, excellent written and oral communication skills, and basic video editing skills

Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and marketing practices

Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of team

Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines
-
Open to learning new skills
Other Information:
-
Term: This is a temporary position for 2-3 months with a possibility of extension.

Hours: The position is results based but the work entails about 20 hour/week and will require some on site attendance.
